Development layouts for Epstein's personal Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this new document release seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had created ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the region, marked on the bottom right.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a key labelling different sections of the property.
Alongside this are what look to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
More documentation released as part of the continuing oversight process.
